There are a number of current campaigns respecting a recent CRTC decision’s impact on the cost of Internet, while I am addressing a case of systemic corruption that has artificially inflated the cost of cable TV for more than two decades.
Once the federal election is over, there will be a campaign launched for a public inquiry into evidence of corruption at the CRTC – “The truth shall set your fee campaign.”
In the meantime, please support the campaigns by TekSavvy and OpenMedia by asking politicians what exactly they will do to reform the CRTC in the public interest.
TekSavvy: “Mayors of Ontario’s largest cities join over 250,000 Canadians in calling
on the federal Cabinet to implement a key 2019 CRTC decision that would lower
internet prices for consumers.”

provider.”

TekSavvy invites voters to join over 250,000 Canadians who are demanding federal
action to make life more affordable – simply by enforcing a 2019 CRTC decision that
will lower monthly internet bills.
